Developer sought 100% financing non-recourse.

The Story:                   

The developer requested we fund 100% of the purchase price after a seller note on a portion of a 1600 acre assemblage.  The developer was not required to bring any cash to closing.

Funds were deployed due to the increase in value of the property due to land assembly.  Although rare, there are incidents when Land Finance Group, LLC can structure 100% financing!
